Located in downtown Boise, Percy is a restaurant that embodies the character of a less complicated time. With a design centered around authenticity in material and form, the space radiates a sense of warmth that embraces everyone who enters.

From the street, Percy glows, like a lantern on the corner. With extensive glazing surrounding the space’s open floor plan, sunlight filters in through the day, while soft lighting from inside makes the restaurant a welcoming beacon during the evening.

The restaurant’s interior strikes a balance between fine detailing and simplicity. Utilities are left exposed, presenting a raw canvas that contrasts with carefully crafted millwork throughout the restaurant. Natural wood tones are paired with polished, unlacquered brass, which will patina as it ages.
